Prize draw terms

  1. The promoter

    HubEurope. Contact chris@hubeurope.com with any question about the draw.

  2. Who can enter

    Anyone aged 18 or over attending eBay Live at the NEC on 16 September 2026. HubEurope staff and their immediate families cannot enter.

  3. How to enter

    Scan the QR code on our stand, give us your name and email, and tick the box to confirm you want to be entered. One entry per person — entering twice with the same email will not improve your odds.

    Free to enter. No purchase necessary and nothing to buy.

  4. Closing time

    Entries close when the show closes on 16 September 2026, or when we run the draw on the stand, whichever comes first.

  5. The prize

    One Bluetooth speaker — the one on our stand with the QR code on it. There is one prize and one winner.

    No cash alternative. We cannot transfer the prize to someone else. If the speaker becomes unavailable for a reason outside our control, we will substitute something of equal or greater value.

  6. The draw

    The winner is picked at random from all valid entries. We will run the draw on the stand during the show, or shortly after it closes.

  7. Telling the winner

    We will email the winner within five working days of the draw. If we cannot reach you, or you do not reply within 14 days, we may draw again.

    We may announce the winner's first name and company on our stand screen and our own channels. Tell us if you would rather we did not.

  8. Getting the prize to you

    If you are still at the show we will hand it to you on the stand. Otherwise we will post it to a UK or Channel Islands address at our cost.

  9. Your data

    We handle your entry as described in our privacy notice. Marketing consent is optional and does not affect your chance of winning.

  10. Anything else

    We may cancel or amend this draw if something outside our control makes it necessary. We are not responsible for entries that fail to reach us because of a network or device problem.

    This draw is run by HubEurope. It is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by eBay, the NEC, or the organisers of eBay Live.

    These terms are governed by the laws of Jersey.
